I saw this fantastic show the other night. I was completely surprised, because I went to this club as a last minute thing with a couple of friends. I didn't even know what kind of show that it was until he started. It was a magic show, and this guy was completely like no other magician I'd ever seen. He did some incredible tricks, that I just have to share with you.

He did some incredible tricks, that I just have to share with you.
He started off by doing basic sleight of hand stuff. Covertly taking people's jewelry, and then pulling them out of his socks. He shook hands with this one guy, and then somehow put his watch one some other lady six or seven tables over. Then he just let her discover his watch and try to figure out who it belonged to. That in and of itself was a great trick.
Then he did these weird drawing tricks. He asked people to name random animals, and shapes. He made sure that everybody know that they were not plants or ringers, that they were normal audience people. Then he pulled out this picture that had all the animals and shapes that people had chosen. I'm sure he was using some kind of hypnosis.
It gets better. He started doing these psychic mind reading tricks. Guessing things about peoples history, guessing birthdays, and names of kids and grand kids. He really had the crowd enthralled.
Just when we thought he had reached his limit, he asked some people to come on stage. He did this really cool hypnosis, where he hypnotized people into guessing the birthdays of strangers. It was the most bizarre thing I've ever seen.
I'd forgotten how incredibly entertaining magic can be. If you've never seen a magic show, or it's been a while, you should check it out. Or better yet, learn some tricks yourself, so you can entertain others.
